Surrender yourself and dive deep into magical wellbeing event at the beautiful acoustic oasis, at Basing House. Jackie & Angela invite you to engage in ancient relaxation practices whilst bathing in calming and melodic frequencies, encouraging body, mind and soul to unwind, release and sink into an experience of bliss with two gong masters and over 8 large gongs. The theme will be release anything that no longer serves you.
The Gong yoga techniques you will be practicing, combine Pranayama (breathwork), gentle movement, setting intensions, meditation and mat-based postures to help direct you toward a more meditative state. Therapeutic sounds generated internally and around you with the help of her 4 large gongs, Crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, percussion instruments and chimes and much more, to encourage the body to find its natural equilibrium, whilst creating space in the mind for resolution, release and peace.
These are ancient healing and transformative practices which guide willing participants in the direction of their true nature from a place of comfort and harmony. Perfect for increasing strength, vitality, and mental clarity.
What to bring…
- Please wear comfortable clothing plenty
- Blankets, cushions, yoga mat, sleeping bag or something to lye on as the floor will be very cool and so will the barn truly magnificent venue to host this live event.
- You may wish to bring your journal if you would like to record your thoughts during reflection at the end

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the session start time to allow yourself to find parking and settle in. No admittance once event has started.
Is this for you?
This workshop is suitable for all levels of experience and ages however there are some contra-indications to consider. If you are pregnant or have a pacemaker, this session is not suitable for you. If you have a severe mental health condition, please speak to Jackie on 07802 770150 to check if this session is right for you.
If you wear hearing aids, please turn them off during the session.
There will be herbal teas and yummy cakes to enjoy after if you arrive early you can take a walk around basing house and all its historic splender.
We will be there an hour before setting up so you can drop your things in to the barn and explore.
Cancelation Policy: If you need to cancel please email firstname.lastname@example.org at least 7 days before the workshop and the amount will be credited to your account. Late cancellations (less than 7 days) cannot be refunded unless caused by a proven emergency.
