Discover the magic of Yin Yoga and melt the stress away with this very special workshop. Reset your winter blues, and get cosy. Set in beautiful and peaceful setting of watlington house, by a warm candle light and a soft playlist you will be guided through a relaxing and energy balancing 90 minute Yin Yoga class followed by a 30 min of Pranayama and Yoga Nidra.
This workshop will help you to energetically switch into a restorative winter mood where the cold weather is a good enough excuse to look after yourself body and mind.
This workshop is ideal if you want to deepen the understanding of your yin practice, destress and detox your mind and body or simply if you want to unwind after a working week.
